While Khloé Kardashian and her ex-husband Tristan Thompson maintain an amicable relationship, Khloé has made it clear that she isn’t interested in living next door to him.
During the latest episode of “The Kardashians” that aired on Thursday, the co-founder of Good American, aged 39, discussed how she and the 32-year-old NBA player manage their shared real estate in Palm Springs, California.
In the sixth episode of the new season, the Kardashian-Jenner family spent Easter weekend in Palm Springs. Khloé and Tristan’s presence in the desert town created a dilemma despite their initial plans to “Easter bunny it up.”
Khloé explained to the camera, “Tristan and I bought two lots together in Palm Springs when we were together. Here we are, many moons later, and we still own these lots together.” In a confessional, she expressed her hope that Tristan would eventually decide to sell her the other half of the lot, as he hasn’t relinquished his ownership.
The real estate situation is just one facet of Khloé’s ongoing negotiations in her relationship with Tristan after his history of infidelity.
Khloé appeared composed when discussing Tristan, but her sister Kourtney had a different perspective. As Tristan is the father of her niece and nephew, Kourtney admitted that there are moments when she finds it challenging to be around him due to triggering feelings.
However, she also acknowledged that there are times when she can let those feelings go. Additionally, Kourtney shared that her 11-year-old daughter, Penelope, holds some negative sentiments towards her uncle.
